Q: 看不到照片或视频？ / Why don’t photos or videos show up?

中文： 请在 设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 照片 中确认相仓已获得相册权限。如只允许了「选中的照片」，没选的不会出现。

English: In Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos, make sure kasa has library access. If only Selected Photos are allowed, items you did not pick will not appear.

Q: 删掉的照片去哪了？ / Where do deleted items go?

中文： 上滑进岛并确认后，会从相册里拿掉，进系统的「最近删除」。可以在系统相册里按系统时限找回。

English: After you swipe up into the island and confirm, the item leaves the library and goes to Recently Deleted. You can recover it there within the system time limit.

Q: 上滑没有进岛？ / Swipe-up doesn’t enter the island?

中文： 在瀑布流或大图上，把卡片往上滑够远再松手。轻轻滑着看，不会进岛。

English: On the month grid or the large photo, swipe the card far enough up, then release. A light swipe to look around does not send it to the island.

Q: 如何恢复购买？ / How do I restore a purchase?
